Hi, I’m Chan Fiona, 31 years old. Fitness completely changed my life, and now, my mission is to help others feel strong, confident, and empowered through personalized training programs designed around their unique goals and lifestyle.

With years of experience working in large gyms, boutique studios, and as a group fitness instructor, I’ve gained deep expertise in strength training, fat loss, muscle gain, and tailored fitness solutions that deliver real results.

My Journey

My fitness career began in 2019, when I built a private gym in Melbourne and helped over 100 clients transform their lives. I loved the supportive, close-knit community we built, something I now bring to Perth’s northern suburbs through one-on-one training, small group sessions, and personalized workout programs.

I personally lost 30kg (from 90kg to 60kg) and went on to compete in powerlifting, achieving a total lift of over 350kg and earning Best Female Lifter in 2022. I understand the power of consistency, smart training, and mental resilience, and I’m here to guide you on your journey too.
